Le Thymus vulgaris est un condiment de consommation humaine relativement répandu.
Contre la crise d'angoisse :
Préparer une infusion en versant 1 tasse (250 mililitres) d’eau bouillante sur 1-2 grammes de feuilles. Couvrir le récipient, laisser reposer pendant 5-10 minutes, filtrer et boire 1 tasse 3 fois par jour35.
Toute préparation médicinale doit être conservée au froid et utilisée dans les 24 heures.
